TULPAR

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review this policy to learn how we collect, use and protect your information.

1. Important Note: TULPAR Does Not Access Your Data

TULPAR is software that runs entirely on your own servers (on-premises). All data belonging to your cluster, jobs, users and metrics stays on your infrastructure; it is not transmitted to us or to third parties. The software contains no telemetry or “phone home” mechanism. This policy primarily concerns the use of this website.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect through our website is minimal:

  • Contact information: Your name, email address and message content when you fill in the contact form or email us.
  • Support data: Log and configuration files you share under a support agreement — processed only for troubleshooting and with your consent.
  • Technical data: Server access logs (IP address, browser type, access time) — kept short-term for security and debugging.
3. How We Use Information
  • To answer your requests and provide support
  • To run quote and contract processes
  • To protect the security and stability of the website
  • To comply with legal obligations

Marketing email is sent only with your explicit consent; you can unsubscribe from every email.

4. Data Security
  • Communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
  • Personal data can only be seen by authorized people who need access.
  • Files shared for support are deleted after the issue is closed.
  • In the event of a data breach, affected users are notified in accordance with applicable law.
5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties; the exceptions are:

  • Your explicit consent.
  • Legal obligation: a court order or a request from a competent authority.
  • Service providers: for limited services such as email infrastructure, bound by confidentiality agreements.
6. Cookies

Our website does not use non-essential tracking cookies. You can always manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Under the KVKK and the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to request your data in a portable format. We respond to your request within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for its purpose: contact records for a reasonable period, server logs short-term; when no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. This policy does not apply to third-party sites; we recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

10. Contact

For questions about this policy or data-rights requests, reach us through our contact page.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in legislation. Material changes are published on the site and the “Last Updated” date is refreshed.
